Yankees Working Hard on Multiple Major, MAJOR Trades!

We learned today the 2 tams the Yankees have been working the hardest on trades with are nearing trades for said players.

No not the Mets. The Indians and Brewers!

Lets start with the Indians. 1st Yes the Indians are confirmed to have made Lindor available:

The Indians have been willing to discuss Francisco Lindor with teams as well, but price is so high there other teams see that as a long shot. Clevinger, while cheaper and contractually tied to team longer, is more replaceable. Indians are in 1st so they’d want big leaguers back!

Then Its reported the Indians are nearing a deal to trade RHP Mike Clevenger AND THAT ITS WITH THE YANKEES:

Indians Get: Of Clint Frazier, INF Thairo Estrada, RHP Miguel Yajure, RHP Luis Medina, RHP Johnathan Holder, and OF Estevan Florial

Or something like that! Hand adds little to no vlaue either way.

Still seems like Lindor will be a offsetting move as Jon Heyman AND my friend Mark Feindsand just said.

Lindor is seen by most execs as more of an offseason move, but the fact that the Indians are even willing to entertain the idea of trading him now is notable. Chances of a deal by tomorrow feel slim.

Lindor is seen as more likely a winter move. Folks on other teams believe the Dodgers would be favorites, as if their lineup isn’t great enough as is. Cleveland has tried multiple times to extend Lindor but he seeks top dollar (Believed to be Betts range) — not doable for Tribe!

Now the Brewers just announced they are nearing a deal to trade LHP Josh Hader:

Remember the Brewers have been dying to get Miguel Andujar whom Cashman will trade for Hader. Also Remember the Yankees are the only team who did set up work last offseason.
