Yankees MUST DO the Following At the TRADE DEADLINE to SAVE the Season

As this season moves on, the Yankees MUST DO the following moves at the trade deadline to save the season! The Deadline is in just a FEW WEEKS!

The Yankees are an absolute MESS! They need some moves and ASAP! So what players fit? What players are attainable? Lets discuss this:

1st the Yankees ABSOLUTELY MUST stabalize the rotation now before its ton late.

The move:

Yankees Acquire: LHP Tarik Skubal

Tigers Acquire: RHP Clarke Schmidt, RHP Carlos Largrange, INF Dax Milne.

By getting Skubal, WHO IS AVAIILABLE IN TRADE, the Yankees add an ace and create the best rotation in the world by a wide margin in:

1. LHP Tarik Skubal
2. RHP Cam Schlittler
3. LHP Max Freid
4. RHP Gerrit Cole
5. LHP Carlos Rodon

Thus taking all pressure off Warren (trade bait), Weathers, ETC. putting Weathers in the pen for added depth there.

2nd, the Yankees must absolutely stabalize the bullpen! HOW?

Yankees Acquire: RHP Mason Miller

Padres Acqure: RHP Camilo Doval, RHP Elmer Rodriguez, INF Anthony Volpe, and RHP Jake Bird

The Yankees here would add the best reliever in the game, as a shut down reliever and closer as they come! Thus stabalizing the back end with Bedner as set up man.

Now for the lineup, what has to happen here?

1st a new catcher is needed. I am the biggest Austin Wells fan there is but he’s batting UNDER .150 now. JUST REALLY??? Yeah… So which catcher makes the most sence? Rockies cacther Hunter Goodman who is batting better OUTSIDSE COORS then in Coors.

After that what position is the biggest need? 3B! Righty power hitting as well. Could they cover both bases in this trade though hard as it may be? HM…

Kyle Karros anyone? He’s batting .260 (.243 on the road but manageable) with 7 HR,s and 30 RBI’s in limited time with the Rockies in 2026.

So what type of a package could get this done then? This one will hurt the Yankees but they have the pieces! How abouts this trade?

Yankees Acquire: C Hunter Goodman, and 3B Kyle Karros

Rockies Acquire: RHP Will Warren, OF Trent Grisham, RHP Brennen Beck, INF Jackson Lovich, INF Wilberson De Pena

Yes I know the Yankees don’t like trading 5 players in one trade! They do not do it very often at all though they still do it fomr time to time. Its so rare though has been done before! They can absolutely do it again adn especially with a friend in trade’s in the Rockies.

This leaves the lineup as this:

1. RF Jasson Dominguez (S)
2. DH Aaron Judge (R)
3. LF Cody Bellinger (L)
4. C Hunter Goodman (R)
5. 1B Ben Rice (L)
6. 3B Eric Karros (R)
7. CF Spencer Jones (L)
8. SS George Lombard JR (R)
9. 2B Jazz Chisholm (L)

So while loaded with power, it adds depth, average, as well good pressence up and down the lineup. A new hitting coach is deinitely need though.

You like these idea’s or not? More then doable usng major leage and minor league depth. Rumblings are there as well on all of these players though its still unknown if they will actually be dealt…
