So I have seen tons of Miami Dolphins W-L predictions and AFC Standing Predictions and not one is close to reality. So here’s the real one:
We’ll go Game by Game fromk week 1.
Week 1: Dolphins at Patriots:
Dolphins 31-10. The CHeatriots lost far to much on both sides of the ball this past offseason to even be competitive. The Dolphins loaded up everywhere and will easily win this game. The Dolphins figured out winning in Foxborough last year as well. Dolphins Record 1-0.
Week 2: Bills at Dolphins:
Dolphins 38-14. The Bills are not going into Miami and winning. They will keep it close till a late Pick-6 ends it. Dolphins Record 2-0.
Week 3: Dolphins at Jaguars:
Dolphins 45 Jaguars 3. The Jags are a bad, BAD team. Were talking 5 wins max bad. They won’t move the ball against the Dolphins loaded defense or be able to slow Tua and the Offense at all. Dolphins Record 3-0.
Week 4: Seahawks at Dolphins:
Dolphins 21 Seahawks 17. Toughest game yet for the Dolphins but the Miami afternoon heat gets to the Seahawks. Dolphins Record 4-0.
Week 5: Dolphins at 49ers:
49ers 24-14. The Dolphins could shock the world traveling across the country and winning in San Fran but I just don’t see it. Dolphins record 4-1.
Week 6: Dolphins at Broncoes:
Dolphins 28 Broncos 17. A quick turnaround with a 2nd west coast game in a row. this one far easier as the Broncos have no experienced QB’s and not much offensive depth. The Dolphins Defense is more the up to the task of shutting them down. Dolphins Record 5-1.
Week 7: Chargers at Dolphins:
Dolphins 35 Chargers 14. A ton of people see this as a trap game but the Chargers never play well in Miami and with Rookie QB against Rookie QB I give Tua the MASSIVE edge. Dolphins Record 6-1
Week 8: Rams at Dolphins:
Dolphins 42 Rams 21. The Rams another west coast team travels all the way across the country and it burns them. Goff is 0-2 in East Coast games thus far as well. Dolphins Record 7-1.
Week 9: Dolphins at Cardinals:
Dolphins 21 Cardinals 17. This one is so hard to call as Murrey and that offense have yet to prove a thing and let alone against a defense as loaded and good as the Dolphins. A defensive TD is the difference maker in this one. Dolphins record 8-1.
Week 10: Jets at Dolphins:
Dolphins 56 Jets 9. Jets are no match for the loaded Dolphins defense. Sanchez throws 3 Pick 6’s and Fumbles twice. A grossly overrated Jets team flops big time in Miami. Dolphins record 9-1.
Week 11: Dolphins at Jets:
Dolphins 24 Jets 17. A inspired Jets team after a royal beat down but not enough against this loaded Dolphins Defense! Dolphins record 10-1.
Week 12: Bengals at Dolphins:
Dolphins 38 Bengals 10. Burrow struggles mightily against the DOlphins loaded secondary. A now clicking Dolphins offense scores at will against a poor Bengals defense. Dolphins record 11-1
Week 13: Chiefs at Dolphins:
Chiefs 28 Dolphins 20. Dolphins fight their hearts out but come up a little short. Dolphins record 11-2
Week 14: Patriots at Dolphins:
Dolphins 45 Patriots 3. Dolphins get revenge for last year pound down in Miami. A terrible, beat down patriots team barely even tries after being eliminated from post-season contention. Dolphins record 12-2.
Week 15: Dolphins at Raiders:
Raiders 20 Dolphins 14. Dolphins flies all the way to Vegas for the 1st time ever playing there and come up short. Dolphins record 12-3.
Week 16: Dolphins at Bills:
Bills 31 Dolphins 17. Bills get revenge on a earlier loss in Miami. Dolphins always struggle in Buffalo. Dolphins record 12-4.
Season ending AFC East STandings:
- Dolphins 12-4
- Bills 9-7
- Jets 7-9
- Patriots 5-11
There you have it. I took locations, travel distance, and effects, and such into account. I took Flores having a loaded roster of players he wants to work with into account. I also factored in how week the Dolphins schedule actually is. The would EASILY win 14 games as well. I hope you enjoyed a real Dolphins W-L and ACF East prediction and projection.
