DID TALYOR LET THIS BALL DROP ON PURPOSE? That’s the big question as of right now.

I have watched this clip that ended the Yankees vs White Sox game lkast night several times. Analyzed where the ball fell and where he was to see if he had a chance to catch it.

At st glance it does seem as if he let it drop on pure. I full agree wiht that take.

That said, The ball fell an estimated 8′ in frnt o him. Thus evindece shows its most likely he just couldn’t get to it in time to make a fair attempt to catch it.

Had he kept runnings it most lielly still falls around 3′-4′ to fall in front of him.

So, DID TALYOR LET THIS BALL DROP ON PURPOSE? The best surmation, is that no he did not let it fall on purepose, but that he just never had the chance to get to it.
