ALDS Game 2 Recap and Game 3 preview:

Yikes what a bad game last night. Most notably by the must be fired umpire C.B. Buckner.

The Yankees only lost due to how horrendous Buckner was. Here’s a look:

THAT’S THE WORST POST SEASON PEFORMENCE IN HISTORY FOR A MLB UMPIRE AT HP! Almost solely against the Yankees.

He single handedly rigged the game.

Notice the 3 innings he was the worst are the same 3 innings the Yankees had rallies going in. If he calls it right the Rays do not score in the 2nd as well. The Yankees score more in the 3rd. Also in the 5th and 9th!

Just plain rigging.

That’s 67 called strikes on Yankees hitters that were not in the zone. Only 2 on the Rays hitters.

Also 1 pitch IN THE ZONE called a ball to Yankees hitters whereas 51 to Rays hitters.

Blatantly rigged in every way.

The Yankees have never won a post season game with C.B. Buckner was behind the plate FYI. He’s done for this years at least as he’ll be in the OF the next 2 games. hen at 2B. That’s the plan anyways.

The Great part is Yankees DH/OF Giancarlo Stanton is roaring hot and leading the offensive charge!

As for Game 3:

Post Season ACE Masahiro Tanaka is going for the Yankees. The Yankees need a ACE like start from him as well!

The Rays throw Charlie Morton out for his 1st outing in 11 days which will make him rusty and allow the Yankees to jump on him early.

Will Frazier start for a 3rd strait game? Signs point to yes.

Notice the Yankees best BP arms are rested whereas the Rays are not. Another advantage for the Yankees.

If I had to predict the lineup its this:

1. 2B D.J. LeMahieu
2. RF Aaron Judge
3. CF Aaron Hicks
4. 1B Luke Voit
5. DH Giancarlo Stanton
6. 3B Gio Urshella
7. SS Gleyber Torres
8. LF Clint Frazier
9. C Gary Sanchez

Same as last night. Morton throws a lot softer then the last 2 Rays starters which I take as another major advantage for the Yankees.

Tanaka is as good as they come in the postseason and I take nothing from his last start due to the rain.

Tanaka has also never lost a ALDS game. He’s 3-0 with a 1.98 ERA all time in ALDS games. Does have a no decision as well.

I have faith in Tanaka. I have faith in the top bullpen arms. I have faith the Yankees can and will shell Morton.

My score prediction: Yankees 11 Rays 0.
