The home strech will be fun.

I see battles, teams free falling, ETC.!!

Again its going to be fun but step back and see the facts pleaguing this game!

CBA talks are ongoing but getting nowhere fast!

Jeff Passan Confirmed yet again that under no cercopmstances is the MLBPA (Major League Baseball Players Association) accepting or allowing a cap! This is great, GREAT news!

Means the MLBPA knows the MLB are the bad guys for sure! WHICH THEY ARE!

Also the Yankees completed a $2.8 Billion Equity sale in selling part of the team and changing their evaluation of the teams worth to around $10.8 BILLION for the #1 spot in sports!

Yes that further destroys the MLB’s position in these CBA talks!

I have omitted this from this episode of The Above Average Baseball Show on purpose though, as I will cover it in my next show on that.

The season rolls on and signs point towards a lock out but we’ll see what happens.

Be excited, cheer your team on, enjoy the very, VERY fun ride!

It does not look like any records of note will be broken but yeah will still be very, VERY fun!

So, take a deep breath, reset for the final stretch, and just have a blast though it will be fun and annoying.
